Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, scary, or even overwhelming — that’s completely okay. Whether you’re here for yourself or for a young person you care about, I want you to know that this space is built with safety, trust, and compassion.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who have experienced overwhelming or painful events, and I approach each person with deep respect for their story. Through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens, we will work together to understand your experiences and begin rebuilding a sense of safety, connection, and resilience. You don’t have to go through this alone.

I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations and am available to connect via email or you can schedule an appointment at the link below.

Trauma/
PTSD

Experiencing trauma at a young age can feel confusing and isolating. I help children, teens, and adults process painful experiences in a safe and supportive space, so they can begin to heal and move forward.

Play Therapy & Sand Tray Therapy

Creative approaches like play therapy and sand tray can be powerful for children, teens, and adults alike. These techniques provide a safe, expressive way to process emotions, explore experiences, and build healthy coping skills at any age.

Sports
Counseling

Athletes face unique pressures on and off the field. I support young athletes in managing performance anxiety, navigating stress, and building the mental resilience needed to thrive both in their sport and everyday life.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is directly tailored to each individual.  When working with children, I recognize that play is their natural language.  I integrate a variety of play therapy based techniques, including sand tray therapy and therapeutic games, to support emotional healing in developmentally appropriate ways.  For clients of all ages, I draw from a range of holistic and trauma-informed lens to support the whole person.  Some of these include Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Sand-Tray Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Each session is grounded in safety, empathy, and collaboration, with the goal of empowering clients to heal, grow, and thrive.
