Requirements for Employment

Licensed: Applicants must have a master’s degree in a relevant field and hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Maryland.

 

Availability: Candidates must be available to work 15-25 clinical hours per week, including at least 2 days in-person. Bi-weekly in-person team meeting attendance is mandatory.

People Skills: Our therapists must be empathic, have strong communication skills, and be able to authentically form meaningful connection with clients, co-workers, and other members of the community.

 

Work Ethic: Successful candidates for our private practice setting should possess strong organizational skills, punctuality, self-motivation, adaptability, attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical integrity.

 

Niche Training: Our ideal candidate is trained in or committed to developing a unique specialty, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
