MEET ADELE

"There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow,
so today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live." - Dalai Lama

RELATIONSHIPS

Our relationships can be a source of struggle or a resource for healing. Therapy can help build essential relationship skills, reveal and repair relational patterns, create greater intimacy, and establish healthy connection.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

You may feel overwhelmed or unable to cope when faced with unmanageable pressures. Therapy can help you can identify healthy coping skills and become intentional about taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually.

SELF-WORTH

Self-worth is the internal sense of being good enough, and worthy of love and belonging. Therapy can help rebuild a stable sense of worth through developing self-understanding, self-love, and self-acceptance.

MY APPROACH

My approach is to treat the whole person by treating the mind, body, and soul simultaneously. I am a big picture thinker, and I find it helpful to bring an objective world view to the therapy space. I am easy-going, direct, and enjoy bringing a sense of humor to the room when appropriate. I believe in educating and empowering my clients with the skills and tools needed to face any feeling, problem, or situation. My utmost priority is to build a strong rapport with my clients in a safe and nurturing environment.
